Water also accelerates metabolism which means more oxygen is supplied to the blood vessels of your skin. One should have 13-16 cups of water everyday.
- Sleep and exercise: Sleeping and Exercise are intertwined. When you sleep, your skin gets the time to regenerate all of the dead cells it lost in that day. In fact, one should avoid sleeping on the sides. Sleeping on the sides causes lines to become permanent on the cheeks. Moreover,exercise helps in the body’s metabolism and blood circulation.
