With almost 4 decades of experience in the field of dermatology and venereology, Prof.Dr. MN Huda started his career as an Asst. Surgeon (IST) in 1980 at Rangpur Medical College Hospital. Moreover, he has brilliant academic and professional records. After that, he achieved his Diploma in Dermatology & Venereology (DDv) with excellent grades in 1984. On his path to becoming the best dermatologist in Dhaka and South Asia, he has had experience in various posts in the public health sector in Bangladesh. Soon after, he served as a Medical Officer (Skin & VD) at PG Hospital, Dhaka for 4 months from October 1984 to January 1985.
As his career progressed, he was promoted to Asst. Professor of Dermatology of PG Hospital, Dhaka. From 1986-1992, Prof.Dr. MN Huda acted as Senior Consultant of Dermatology in Mitford Hospital and a 200 bedded hospital in Narayanganj. After his consultancy stint, Prof DR MN Huda again took the role of Asst. Professor(Dermatology) in Mymensingh Medical College and Dhaka Medical College. He was an Associate Professor of Dermatology from 1998-2002 and served in Mymensingh Medical College, Dhaka Medical College, and Shahid Ziaur Rahman Medical College, Bogra.
In 2002 his journey as a professor of dermatology began in Shahid Ziaur Rahman Medical College, Bogra then moving to Salimullah Medical College, Dhaka Medical College, and Suhrawardy Medical College respectively till 2011.
